We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service and continuous improvement of the Grow platform. In line with this commitment, we wish to inform you of our upcoming annual maintenance, designed to enhance our platform's performance and security features.

Maintenance Schedule:
The maintenance will commence region by region, starting with the United States and concluding with the European Union. This phased approach ensures minimal disruption to your service.

Date and Duration: 4/6/24, 3.5 hours

Platform Availability:
During this period, the Grow platform will remain operational. However, please be prepared for intermittent periods of unavailability or poor performance--particularly with regard to customer account databases. We recommend planning any critical activities outside of this maintenance window.
